RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please allow up to 3-7 business days for order processing, verification, and delivery. No returns or refunds. Exchange or replacements for damaged goods please contact shiftthec@gmail.com

 

Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of the respective shipping partner (UPS, USPS).  Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.
